Qualifications & experience

At least 8 years relevant experience in Construction,E&M field; 
Candidates with experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects in Hong Kong are highly preferred；
Mainly collaborate with architects, civil construction teams, E&M engineers, equipment suppliers, and E&M construction teams；
The focus is on cost management of the civil construction and E&M installation

Tasks & responsibilities

Assist to Project Director to preparation of contractual, claims & dispute solving;
Responsible for the interim payment documents for the works contract;
Preparation of sub-contract document;
Settlement of variation and final accounts;
Assist in handing arbitration and litigation cases
