Our client, a market-leading foreign exchange fintech firm, is expanding their Client Service Team and looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer to be part of their success story.

      What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide professional, timely, and empathetic customer service through various channels
• Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth client journey
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to support seamless onboarding and perform eKYC procedures
• Maintain strong communication with teammates, share knowledge, and drive best practices
• Take ownership of tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of service standards
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
  
  What They’re Looking For:
• Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy helping others
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality service
• A proactive team player with a positive mindset and strong sense of responsibility
• Experience in financial services or fintech customer service is a big plus
• Immediate availability or short notice highly preferred
  
  ⏰ Working Hours (Shift Duty Required):

• Monday to Friday

• Shift A: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

• Shift B: 3:30 pm – 11:30 pm
