Position Overview: 

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on supporting sales and driving business growth within our division. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in recruiting and developing Financial Advisors, presenting compelling sales plans, and providing product information to facilitate successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth; 
• Actively recruit and onboard Financial Advisors to enhance the team’s capabilities; 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Financial Advisors to ensure ongoing support and collaboration; 
• Organize and coordinate with external parties on investment training sessions to equip Financial Advisors with the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed and present sales plans and product information to Financial Advisors effectively; 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and marketing initiatives; 
• Organize and participate in marketing events, seminars, and workshops; 
• Participate in platform enhancement projects, work with the IT team to provide product direction and roadmap, and perform UAT testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or Information Systems;
• 1-3 years of experience in the wealth management industry, with a focus on agency management/ business development/ sales support; Thorough understanding of different investment products, mutual fund, insurance products, underwriting, and operational processes is preferred;
• Self-motivated, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; 
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities; 
• Experience in IT project support would be an advantage (e.g., provide user requirements, conduct UAT, etc.).
