Major Challenges:
Frequently encounter complex technical problems that require timely diagnosis and resolution, necessitating a thorough understanding of the system, along with various hardware and software components and troubleshooting techniques.
May face critical incidents that demand immediate resolution, requiring effective management and prioritization of escalations to minimize downtime and maintain smooth system operations.
Work closely with team members to resolve intricate issues, highlighting the importance of strong collaboration and communication skills to coordinate efforts and share knowledge.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 2 years of experience in application development and management.
Full-stack developer with knowledge of current technologies.
Development experience with Java , Spring Boot , PostgreSQL, MQTT, Redis, Docker, and similar technologies.
Proven experience in troubleshooting software issues.
