Opening of new bank accounts for client companies and trusts
Maintaining and updating existing bank accounts
Updating signatory arrangements and account CDD as required from time to time
Co-ordinating and resolving bank queries and requests
Liaising with bankers, client services and accounting teams and management
Consolidating and preparing weekly payment requests to the finance team
Bank statement processing
To observe and comply with our internal policies and procedures
Ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by management
Skills and Competencies:
Recognised university degree preferred.
2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a bank or trust or corporate service-related practice
Ability to communicate well and effectively in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, verbally and in writing
Good attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn, with positive attitude, self-motivated and a team player
