A multinational biotechnology company is looking for a Senior/ Application Specialist to join their team, the successful candidate will provide product information to customers and application support for the company's wide range of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site applications and troubleshooting support for customers in diagnostics product portfolio;
• Deliver quality service to laboratory customers in a professional and pro-active manner;
• Provide professional operation / application training to both internal and external customers;
• Update and communicate application information regularly;
• Keep up-to date knowledge including instrument operation and application related information;
• Support internal teams such as sales and service engineer on application's related topics;
• Communicate with the team and headquarters on all relevant application issues;
• Provide cross-training to relevant colleagues, perform ad hoc duties when required.

Requirement

• Bachelor or Master degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science or related disciplines;
• Solid working experience as Applications Support in IVD laboratory environment;
• Knowledge in Clinical laboratory workflow, clinical analyzers and reagents etc;
• Proficient in common computer software knowledge including Word, Excel, Power Point etc.;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good teamwork;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
