A leading beauty group is currently seeking an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join our team :

Responsibilities:  

• Formulate, and implement ATL, BTL & Digital marketing plans and strategies, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Handle all the marketing campaigns/events/exhibitions/ Roadshow, including materials preparation and on-site management
• Manage brand website efficiency, content, audit, and provide CMS support of the branded websites to assist in the conversion
• Handle marketing and campaigns budget and deliver marketing activities within the agreed budget
• Manage the company’s total communications channel including advertising, retail promotions, PR, CRM, social media, and digital marketing
• Manage effective internal & external communication to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
• Utilize growth hacking techniques to optimize lead generation and create sales-driven content
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Digital Marketing Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Advertising related disciplines
• At least 4-5 years of proven working experience in outdoor marketing events, performance marketing, social media, and CMS from beauty, Health Care products, Media / Agency industry, publishing industry or related industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and models, technology trends, and market best practices
• Experience in social media (Facebook, WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, IG) marketing such as content research, copywriting, and KPI measurement is an advantage
• Experience in the field of Cosmetic, Beauty of Healthcare, and Agency industry is an advantage
• Able to handle multi-tasks simultaneously
• Good team player, independent, innovative, analytical, and good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
