We are seeking for a resourceful, experienced and committed individual to design and develop software/system as well as to provide support for the company’s existing projects. 

Responsibilities

• To participate in the requirement gathering, design and development 
• Perform application development and enhancement
• To lead the development team for system implementation
• To participate in system integration testing, user testing support, and performance testing, etc
• Produce specifications and user documentation on software applications being developed
• Provide day-to-day support on major system applications
• Continuous improvement to processes and practices with new ideas, concepts, methods and technologies.

Requirements

• Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/ Computer Science/Information Technology) or equivalent
• Must have strong background, knowledge and proficiency in J2EE, C#.Net, VB.Net, VB6 programming
• Minimum 3 years IT experience 
• Must be able to install, setup and configure the development tools/environment independently
• Must be able to work independently on design, coding, debugging, troubleshooting and deployment and any other programming related issues
• Experience with MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL & MS Access
• Experience in setup, install and maintain DB server 
• Experience in integrating with third party software or APIs
• Experience in device drivers
• UI development experience and interface with hardware will be an advantage
• Inclination to improving usability and user experience with every iteration
• Candidate with more experience will consolidate as System Analyst
