Responsibilities:

• Provide sales trading and execution service to institutional equity investors, such as long-term funds, hedge funds, insurance asset management and sovereign wealth funds, etc.
• Promote the Company’s algorithmic trading service to institutional clients
• Provide advice and recommend the most appropriate algorithmic trading method to institutional clients, track and ensure the transaction is properly handled
• Partner with developer and offer advice in optimizing algorithmic trading performance
• Ensure all transactions are in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, knowledge of finance, mathematics or computer science with minimum 6 years’ relevant experience
• Ability to analyze and process trading data, as well as programming computer language skills
• Able to work under pressure and attention to details
• Possess a service attitude and multi-tasking ability
• Strong command of written and spoken English, fluency in Putonghua is preferred
