Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional broking services for a corporate account portfolio
  • Secure client retention and develop new business opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional client service in policy administration and insurance programs
  • Achieve budget and profit targets by negotiating optimal terms with insurers
  • Manage full lifecycle of client insurance programs from negotiation to administration
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and insurers to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct client and underwriter presentations, meetings, and surveys
  • Offer technical guidance to team members and ensure policy compliance
  • Potential for Account Manager role for less experienced candidates

Requirements:

  • Degree in Insurance or related field; ACII/ANZIIF qualifications preferred
  • 8+ years in general insurance (Property & Casualty, Liability, Compensation, Motor, Construction, Health)
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, innovative approach with robust market knowledge
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
