What will you do?

You will be responsible for coordinating, supervising and assisting in-room dining operations, while maintaining high-quality products and service levels. 

• Assist in daily operations of in-room dining to ensure smooth service
• Deliver professional service to provide guests with pleasant dining experiences
• Transport items promptly to maintain food quality and guest satisfaction
• Take and manage in-room dining orders, addressing menu inquiries and dietary needs
• Process payments, close guest checks, and communicate guest requests to the Chef

Knowledge and skills

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred
• 1-2 years relevant working experience of in-room dining
• Relevant working experience of in-room dining is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, guest service orientated
• Self-motivated, aggressive and has a strong sense of responsibility
• Team player, interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese, Mandarin will be an advantage
• Flexible work shift is advanced
