職責

• 確保所有主要設備在良好狀態下運作，並進行必要之預防措施
• 進行檢查、維修及緊急處理任務，以確保酒店內之正常運作
• 監督下屬和外判商的工作
• 處理關於技術問題的投訴，並及時作出跟進
• 操作酒店監控系統，並紀錄部門工作日程
• 完成上級分派的其他任務

入職要求

• 至少3 年於酒店或會所的相關工作經驗
• 持有A級或以上電牌
• 良好的溝通及交際能力以及具有團隊精神
• 積極主動、具服務精神，能獨立工作

Responsibilities

• Ensure all major operating equipment is in normal working condition and perform preventive maintenance
• Conduct inspections and handle maintenance and emergency repair jobs to ensure the hotel operates smoothly
• Supervise the work carried out by subordinates and outside contractors
• Attend to guest complaints regarding technical problems and ensure prompt resolutions
• Operate the Building Monitoring System and record daily log of the department
• Perform fire investigation and fighting when the alarm are triggered
• Carry out other duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in hotels or clubhouses
• Holder of Electrical Worker License of Grade A or above
• Be a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, service-oriented and able to work independently
