Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coach team members in daily operation for policy issuance
  • Prepare Policy Documents, issue Billing with planned service standard
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback and support to achieve performance target
  • Assist in handling quality inquiry to internal departments and resolve daily operation issues and follow up to meet customers' expectation
  • Prepare the Management and Financial reports
  • Participate in projects as assign and perform UAT
  • Ensure quality work output and accuracy

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years' relevant work experience, preferable in EB or Life policy administration
  • University degree of any discipline
  • Responsible, organized, structured and able to work independently under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good PC skills including Word and Excel
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
