Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the payrolls for channels are performed accurately and on timely manner
  • Handle various compensation packages validation manually and independently
  • Calculate and review compensation adjustments
  • Respond to distributors' and IRD enquiries
  • Perform annual taxation filling
  • Work closely and liaise with various departments on cases handling
  • Update various system records & handle all administrative matters regarding the departure of consultants including the final payment & outstanding debt
  • Provide supports and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) on the system enhancements and changes
  • Support ad hoc projects and assignments

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Business, Accounting, Mathematics or any equivalent disciplines
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in distribution channel(s) support in insurance industry preferably in compensation or payroll management; Candidate with less experience / Fresh Grad will be considered as Assistant Officer
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Good customer services experience
  • Good analytical, strong self-initiative, flexible, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
  • Knowledge of the AS400 system is an advantage
