• Clients: Main Contractor
• Position: Contracts Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor - E&M
  
• Position: Perform full QS functions for E&M projects from tendering, estimation, handling claims, budget control, pre/post-contract administration, final accounts
• $30K-60K. Medical, bonus

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services / Electrical Engineering
• Professional qualification is required for Manager position.Eg, HKIS
• 3-12 years QS experience gained from E&M projects
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
