Responsibilities:

• Responsible for site measurement of works, variation claim, cost control, budgeting and settlement of final account of various projects
• Preparation of quantities and coordination with the Project Managers and Purchasing Department for material ordering

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in QS Studies or other related engineering disciplines
• At least 5 years working experience in quantity surveying field with fitting-out contractor
• Good computer skill in MS Word & MS Excel
• Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Highly self-motivated, independent, good communication and interpersonal skills
