主要工作及職權職責

• 負責工作地方之整潔、食物儲存方法、處理方法及器皿清潔以確保妥善清洗
• 協助點心部各項點心食品製作之預備工作包括份量安排、材料處理程序、預備盛載器皿及清潔製作用具
• 按照公司製作程序及指示，協助製作每天各款所需點心
• 與中菜部保持緊密合作以確保運作暢通
• 遵守酒店訂下之工作健康及安全守則指引
• 視乎實際運作情況，或需負責主管所委託之額外的工作及責任

入職要求

• 四年或以上相關工作經驗
• 懂得食品衛生及食品安全管理系統(HACCP)將優先考慮
• 熟識有關廚房運作
• 擁有相關工作知識，以配合整體工作
