General office administration and provide clerical and secretarial support
Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferably in sizeable organization
Experience in IT support is an advantage
Responsibilities
Provide first tier IT support and manage IT Help Desk
Provide secretarial support to executive
Handle the administrative tasks of the department
Maintain and Manage IT hardware and software inventory and licence, including conduct regular stock taking
Handle procurement of IT equipment / services
Requirements
Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferably in sizeable organization
Knowledge in PC software such as Microsoft Office, IT service/asset management software
Experience in IT support is an advantage
Good command in English
Good interpersonal skill, mature, independent and self-motivated
