• Client: 1) Property Developers, 2) Engineering Consultants
• Positions: Building Services Coordinator / (Resident) Building Services Engineer
• Projects:B.S. system installation for:-
  • HK - Residential / Commercial / Retail developments & renovation projects
  • PRC - Mixed Residential & Commercial & Retail developments
• Responsibilities: Project planning; System design; Site coordination; preparation of CSD / CBWD
• Salary: B.S. Coordinator $25 - 35K, B.S. Engineer $40K up

Requirements

• Degree holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 3 years experience gained for sizable building services system installation projects
• Solid experience in B.S. system design and planning
• Familiar with CSD, CBWD
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good command of language
