Job Duties

1. Build and maintain strong business partnership with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). Drive consumer acquisition and market share, execute operation excellence in assigned territory.
2. Identify and engage with KOLs and medicalinstituitions to drive active recommendations among HCPs.
3. Demonstrate great nutrition and product knowledge to echo the scientific heritage of Mead Johnson Nutrition with well implementation of business building process.
4. Gather and share market intelligence through HCP visits and bring business insight.
5. Follow up sample orders and ensure smooth delivery to clinics or Hospital Authority.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/ Science/ Medical related discipline.
2. 1-2 years of sales experience in healthcare industry with successful track record of sales in the nutritional, allied medical or pharmaceutical companies is preferred.
3. Fresh graduate is welcome.
4. Passionate in HCP environment and FMCG culture.
5. Excellent communication skills in building trusted relationships.
6. Work across boundaries with effective communication skills for collaboration.
7. Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.
8. Good presentation skills and proficient in Powerpoint. Good data analytical skills and good in MS Excel.
