Requirements:To handle end-to-end recruitment assignments from clients:
Gathering job information and requirements from clients.
Sourcing candidates through job advertisements, research, networking, etc.
Screening and interviewing candidates
Interview coordination, placement follow up with both clients and candidates
Warm/Cold call for new business opportunities
Mon-Fri. Competitive commission scheme
Requirements
Tertiary educated with at least 1 - 2 years' working experience preferably in HR / Recruitment.
Possess strong interest in the recruitment industry.
Enjoy working with people.
Strong business acumen, outgoing, self-motivated, aggressive and confident
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
