Our client is a sizable organization with expanding business in the aviation industry. They are seeking a high calibre candidate to join their HR team. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and strategic initiatives.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Hong Kong. The Manager, Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, visa application/relocation services, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR Management, Business Administration and/or related fields
• Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Hong Kong
• Experience in aviation industry, work visa arrangement/relocation services is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
