Our esteemed client, a foreign bank with a global presence is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with a particular focus on the banking sector. Candidates with capital markets experience will be given special consideration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
  • Analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and consolidate financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports and presentations to stakeholders, including executive management and the board.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Support the capital markets team with financial analysis and reporting related to investment products and trading activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses as required.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets and investment products is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
