Primary Skill : Strong in Windows Server administration and particularly on automation of tasks / power shell scripting.

Secondary Skill : Basic knowledge on Automation tools like terraform, Bamboo, AMI

Nice to have:

• Managing windows instances in AWS environment
• RPA/Blue Prism Admin experience.

Activities:

• Analyze and resolve Windows Server platform issues.
• Monitors infrastructure (terminal, application, control room, web servers, etc and related services).
• Works with internal and external IT teams to resolve issues on the infrastructure.
• Monitors automation anywhere control room and client services on a
• daily basis and notifies the support team of any BOT issues.
• Works with Automation Anywhere product team and troubleshoots

• Managing scheduled jobs.
• Writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts.
• There is the need to update Java usually on the quarterly basis. Most of the vulnerabilities are Windows related and owned by NTT Admins. They will need to learn EPM automate enough to do some basic tasks.
• Managing shares and share permissions.
• There are Hyperion integration agents that need to be maintained. We just need to confirm with him if there is anything else.
• Most is just learning what needs to be done and how to do it.
• Main thing is a having a strong Windows admin background with solid PowerShell experience.
• Total of 10 years of work experience with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience.
