As University Counsellor, you will report directly to the Chief Executive and lead a team of two in providing comprehensive university guidance to our students.

About the job.

The University Counsellor will:

• Provide expert guidance and support to students in navigating the university application process, with a focus on securing admission to top-tier US and UK universities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the university counseling program and maximize student success.
• Lead and deliver engaging workshops and presentations for students and parents on university admissions, application strategies, and related topics.
• Organize and facilitate university fairs and other events to connect students with university representatives from around the world.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with university admissions offices to advocate for our students and facilitate successful placements.

Skills & experiences required.

• Bachelor's degree in education or relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in university counselling/ university guidance/university admission advisor
• Proven track record of successful university placements, particularly to top-tier US and UK universities.
• Expertise in university application processes, timeline management, and strategies.
• Strong knowledge of the US and UK higher education systems and admissions requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, parents, and university representatives.
• Ability to lead and manage a small team.
