• Oversee all maintenance, repairing and improvement on building services systems, including fire service, electricity, lift service, HVAC, plumbing and drainage, etc., in the property portfolio of the company;
• Formulate the scope, schedule and budget of maintenance and improvement works;
• Monitor the overall building services, electrical and mechanical process
• Manage the site quality control and carry out witness testing and commissioning when appropriate
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and clients to ensure the project execution is in the highest technical and safety standards
• Provide technical advice and guidance to the contractors

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Building Services Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualifications
• MHKIE / CIBSE / MIET qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in HONG KONG
• More experiences candidates will be considered as Assistant Manager or Technical Manager
• Knowledge of Building Services Installation and relevant statutory regulations
• Familiar with site progress monitoring and on-site co-ordination with sub-contractors
• Experience in grade-A commercial building or hotel is in advantage;
• Preferably holds a Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade B or above
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, good communications and interpersonal skills
• Monthly salary from $50,000 - $70,000 +Guaranteed Bonus
