MUST have:

• Ruby on rails - strong
• Open to candidates coming / working from other industries (not necessary from financial sector) as long as you have strong interest in crypto
• Excellent communication skills - open to any languages

PLUS :

• If you come from payment related domain, derivatives product, trading or crypto/blockchain
• Financial domain knowledge / Blockchain technology would be an advantage
• Ruby, Postgres, Redis, Kafka
