Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Data Lake project PMO across regions.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Collaborate with IT, commercial teams, finance, and business analysts across business units to coordinate daily project tasks.
  • Oversee data requests, data analysis, infrastructure setup, and interface setup in collaboration with vendors and project teams.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions to address project challenges and solutions.
  • Assist in defining data requirements and specifications to ensure accurate data analysis and reporting.
  • Identify potential risks and issues related to the project timeline and deliverables.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management or business analysis, preferably in data-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of data management concepts and data lake architectures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
  • Fluent English and Chinese
