Gaw Capital is seeking a part-time intern during term time to assist the Capital Markets Department in our Hong Kong/Singapore office. The Intern will support the department members in global fundraising and investor relationships with pan-Asian investors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn about the real estate business and to be actively involved in supporting fundraising activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and maintaining investor presentation materials
• Assist in preparing macro/micro research on specific markets
• Assist in completing of due diligence questionnaires and miscellaneous investor inquiries
• Support the team in the preparation of quarterly reports for investors
• Support ad hoc business development initiatives

Qualification and skills:

• Strong attention to details
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; Financial modelling skills are preferred
• Ability to multi-task and execute a wide range of assignments with accuracy
• Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write effectively
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word)
• Candidate should be energetic, self-motivated and a team-oriented individual who thrives on challenge in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Fluency in English is required, fluency in Chinese is preferred
• Candidates with prior work experience in real estate, asset management, investor relations or investment banking is preferred
• Availability to be in Hong Kong/Singapore office 2-3 days a week, to start immediately.
• Prefer year 3 to year 4 (final year) students or Masters students who are currently attending universities in Hong Kong and Singapore
