Located in our Hong Kong office, we are looking for an FX Dealer to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute dealing and trading strategies specifically focused on foreign exchange (FX) markets. Collaborating with our team of researchers, data scientists, and software engineers, you will analyze market data, identify trading opportunities, and optimize trading performance.

Responsibilities:

•               Develop and execute dealing/trading strategies in FX markets.

•               Actively monitor and analyze FX markets to identify attractive trading opportunities.

•               Manage position exposures and ensure adherence to risk limits and company policies.

•               Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly trading performance reports and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.

•               Analyze trading performance and make adjustments for strategy optimization.

•               Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in FX trading.

•               Communicate and collaborate with team members to share insights and contribute to success.

Requirements:

•               5+ Years of experience in dealing and brokering in FX markets.

•               Strong background in finance, mathematics, statistics, or related field.

•               Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions in high pressure environments.

•               In-depth knowledge of foreign exchange markets and currency pairs.

•               Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
