Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose end-user desktop issues and provide step-by-step support, ensuring swift resolution of technical issues.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows OS, Outlook mail, Anti-virus, MS-Office Applications, Bloomberg, and Voice and Video conferencing systems.
- Execute daily routine tasks, including system backup preparation.
- Oversee IT inventory and manage the procurement of software, hardware, and equipment.
- Administer hardware and software, ensuring adherence to IT operational procedures.
- Contribute to the implementation of various ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an end-user support role.
- Strong experience providing end-user support in a Windows environment.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Patience and excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 5 years of experience.
