Provide general administrative support to the team includes data entry, photocopying, filing, and other administration duties.
Undertake duties relating to billing and bill delivery operations
Perform timely and accurate billing, customer enquiries and complaints in a responsive, prompt and efficient manner
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or Statistics, with at least 2 years’ work experience
Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word (English & Chinese) and PowerPoint
Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
Knowledge and experience on SAP and Oracle will be an advantage
Immediately available is preferred
