Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for talent sourcing and job mapping for Hong Kong and APAC markets
• Manage job advertisement in various channels including internal and external job boards, social media, job database, etc.
• Assess candidate profiles and distribute quality profiles to recruitment managers and to meet clients’ specific hiring needs
• Maintain and update jobs and candidate profiles in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Develop business knowledge on job functions, markets and industry trends, and equip yourself towards career development opportunities

HR Trainee – Payroll Administrator (Grad Job)

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide our award-winning payroll service to clients and maintain client relationship on regular basis
• Perform end-to-end payroll processing and provide related HR services to clients
• Responsible for clients’ payroll calculation (e.g., salaries, pension, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations)
• Assist with data input in payroll system and maintenance of staff information
• Provide day-to-day administration to the payroll team and-hoc support as required
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related disciplines
• Must be good in excel application and sensitive to numbers
• Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills
• Native in Cantonese, fluent in spoken & written in English
