Title: Junior/Senior Developer (Front Office Trading Team)

Background:

Our client is one of the leading proprietary trading firms focused on algorithmic and quantitative trading. They are looking for a highly skilled and experienced junior/ senior C# developer to join their team and play a key role in building a trading system.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge peripheral trading applications and user interfaces using state-of-the-art programming languages and frameworks to support mission-critical
• Collaborate with a world-class, globally distributed team of experts in an agile and innovative environment, where autonomy and creativity are highly valued.
• Work alongside industry-leading professionals to research and integrate emerging technologies and best practices. Play a key role in architecting and implementing scalable solutions to enhance system capabilities and drive business success.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of production systems, providing timely support and troubleshooting to maintain seamless operations.

Required Skillset:

• 1-5 years (junior) / 5+ years (senior) of hands-on experience, with a strong foundation in Linux-based environments.
• Proven experience in high-stakes industries such as finance, digital assets, or related fields is highly desirable.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline from a reputable institution is required.
• Expertise in writing clean C# ; Open to pick up Rust
• Familiarity with multithreading, web protocols (e.g., WebSocket, RESTful APIs), or low-latency, high-throughput system design.
