(Senior) Business Development / Sales Manager | Logistics
Our client is a leading global logistics company who is looking for a (Senior) Business Development Manager to join their Hong Kong team.

Identify potential customers and follow up to generate new business opportunities for the sales pipeline.
Create and present engaging sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for business growth.
Leverage internal resources to implement sales strategies, fostering long-term relationships that generate recurring revenue for assigned accounts.
Develop marketing and sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives, in collaboration with the global sales team.
Provide timely and accurate management reports, including taking necessary corrective actions in accordance with company policies.
skills & experiences required.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry.
Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Possess good communication and presentation skills, analytical skills and understanding of the operational process
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Good knowledge in both international and domestic logistics
Adaptable and flexible in response to changes.
A collaborative team player who can perform well under pressure.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Sales Executive position.
