Work closely with team members and stakeholders on managing and developing data privacy frameworks for the Group
Responsible for reporting, investigating and implementing data privacy controls as well as conduct risk assessments in order to propose mitigations
Review business justifications for data retention periods and partner with IT teams to ensure strict compliance with regulations
Handle relevant training for the Group's business units to ensure employees are up-to-date with relevant obligations
skills & experiences required.
At least 5 years' PQE with strong experience across global jurisdictions as well as ideally having privacy related certifications (non-qualified legal professionals will be considered)
Excellent English and Chinese is required
Able to work well as a team but also independently when required
Excellent attention to detail, high level of maturity and able to be agile with tasks
