• Work closely with team members and stakeholders on managing and developing data privacy frameworks for the Group
• Responsible for reporting, investigating and implementing data privacy controls as well as conduct risk assessments in order to propose mitigations
• Review business justifications for data retention periods and partner with IT teams to ensure strict compliance with regulations
• Handle relevant training for the Group's business units to ensure employees are up-to-date with relevant obligations

skills & experiences required.

• At least 5 years' PQE with strong experience across global jurisdictions as well as ideally having privacy related certifications (non-qualified legal professionals will be considered)
• Excellent English and Chinese is required
• Able to work well as a team but also independently when required
• Excellent attention to detail, high level of maturity and able to be agile with tasks
