About the Role

  • Agency Growth & Sales Development
    • Manage a portfolio of high-potential agency partners, strengthening relationships through tailored business support.
    • Develop and execute initiatives that enhance agent productivity and efficiency, driving sustainable sales growth.
    • Track and analyze agent performance, identifying key areas for improvement and implementing growth strategies.
    • Lead recruitment efforts to expand the agency force with high-caliber financial professionals.
  • Strategic Business Execution & Market Competitiveness
    • Work cross-functionally to roll out impactful sales initiatives, incentive programs, and digital tools to support agency success.
    • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments to ensure continuous business innovation.
    • Partner with compliance teams to navigate regulatory requirements and address agency-related inquiries.
  • Project & Initiative Management
    • Play a key role in business transformation projects aimed at optimizing agency operations and sales effectiveness.
    • Contribute to high-impact assignments that drive market competitiveness and long-term agency growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in life insurance, preferably in the Hong Kong market, with an understanding of Asian business culture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Proven experience in driving sales initiatives and managing business development projects.
  • Exposure to wealth management solutions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Manager-level position.
