The Overseas Sales Director will develop and execute overseas sales strategies to achieve sales targets, identify new clients, maintain existing accounts, and foster long-term partnerships. This role involves leading and managing overseas sales projects, formulating and managing channel policies across different regions, contributing to sales budget planning, and providing regular updates on market performance and sales insights to senior leadership. Collaboration with internal teams to align and execute sales strategies is essential.
Profile
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering or related fields, with a minimum of 8+ years of overseas sales management experience in B2B technical sales. Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent English proficiency, and cross-cultural communication skills are required. In-depth knowledge of the connector industry, ability to design data-driven sales strategies, and outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential.
