Position Overview

 

The HERMÈS WORK IMMERSION PROGRAM offers students and recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Communications within the luxury retail industry. By participating in this program, intern will acquire valuable practical experience and learn about the various strategies used to promote Communications practices in the retail sector. The intern will also work with external parties and various teams across different regions within the organization, allowing he/she to learn from diverse perspectives and develop new skills.

 

This 9-month program is designed to cultivate future leaders by integrating practical learning with meaningful responsibilities while providing a deep understanding of Hermès’ Communications strategies and journey within the company.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist on paid campaign planning & execution (Digital, Social, Print, OOH, etc.) and actively monitor campaign status to ensure campaign objective is achieved
  • Generate Campaign / Monthly reports
  • Monitor all social media platforms for trending news and feedback
  • Assist to manage Media library
  • Support in communication events

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related disciplines 
  • Knowledge in local Media landscape is required
  • Experience on operating digital/social campaign will be an advantage
  • Excellent in communication skills
  • Conscientious and detail-minded
  • Pleasant personality and a team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Outdoor work is required occasionally
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Available to work as an intern for 2-3 full days per week (falls into Mon - Fri)
