What this job involves

Oversee day-to-day facilities operations including repair and maintenance, security, cleaning, safety and event support at school

Conduct regular inspections of school facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance services for school premises and facilities

Supervise the performance of in-house frontline staff including security and technical team

Assist in managing team to ensure the quality of services delivered to clients meet the agreed SLA and KPI

Build up and maintain good relationship with clients

Prepare various monthly and management reports and analysis

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility assets, maintenance activities, and service contracts

Respond to facilities-related emergencies and take appropriate action

To carry out and supervise facilities management services including landscape, security, pest control, cleaning, R&M, hostel management and event support;

To liaise with stakeholders, clients and contractor for delivery of FM services 

Experience on handling and answering rental issues to requesters, prepare relevant documents, arrange handover and move-in/out

 

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

  • Degree / Higher Diploma / Associate holder in Real Estate / Building Services / Facilities Management / Property Management / Hotel Management / Business Administration or equivalent
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in Facilities Management / Property Management / Building Services
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Customer-oriented
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in PC operations and MS Office
