HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

  • As social media platform owner, develop clear governance, processes, training and operational model that enable all departments
  • Lead the social media growth in owned and paid publicity
  • Plan local & regional digital marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Develop always-on content across social media platforms
  • Develop end-to-end campaign content, including social strategy and plans, media planning and operations
  • Develop KOL strategy, plans and content development
  • Strategise with external partners and agencies, from conceptualising to implementing marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong network with content creators and influencers
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover areas for content improvement
  • Manage, track, and report social marketing budgets and KPIs based on business objectives

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably major in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related discipline
  • 6 - 10 years of working experience with minimum of 3 years in social media strategy & planning and content develop or advertising experience is preferred
  • Experience in leading regional or global brands’ social platforms is an advantage
  • Proficiency in web tracking tools with an understanding of different advertisement platforms
  • Solid experience in social media operations and influencer engagement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to details
  • Good knowledge in HTML and web development is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
