A sizeable scientific research centre which provides genomic medicine development, scientific research etc business. They are looking for a talented IT Application Support Engineer for their IT team.

Your new role

- Regulate, improve and troubleshoot current company's application systems as required

- Manage the whole software development process for developing new application systems as required
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users when necessary
- Work closely with in-house and vendor development teams during application deployment

What you'll need to succeed

- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

- Proven experience as an Application Support Engineer or in a similar role

- Familiar with software development processes (SDLC), application monitoring tools, database management, scripting languages etc
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
