A well-established Foreign Corporate bank is looking for AVP/ Checker to join the Payment Operations and Clearing team.

Your new role

• Handle day-to-day payment operations and transactions clearing, including inward/outward remittance transactions, local/ global payment, cheque collection/ clearing and deposit transactions from corporate clients etc...
• Manage and coordinate all daily payment transactions clearing, especially for USD and HKD clearing
• Supervise and allocate all incoming payment receipts and documents, mail, fax, telex, RTGS, CHATS, FPS and SWIFT communications
• Support and coordinate different types of project to streamline processing, system enhancement, such as ISO 20022, HKICL project and reporting, etc...
• Maintain and update the RTGS and telecommunication devices
• Prepare reports and audit confirmation for internal and external parties
• Support Team head with implementation of new requirements and assist in adhoc projects and programs as assigned

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor Degree holder in a related field
• 10+ years of working experience in payment & clearing operations and knowledge of cash management
• Solid full-set knowledge of global and local payment systems such as SWIFT, RTGS, CHATS and FPS
• Experience in project management/ coordination and people management
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, Cantonese and Mandarin
