The Program

The 18-month management trainee program consists of a balanced combination of on-the-job learning, mentoring by experienced executives, formal leadership training and real-life project work which target to cultivate and develop future managers.

You can acquire management capabilities and functional competences in different job functions, including O+O Retail Management, Online Business, Trading, Marketing and Supply Chain through our mentoring program, store attachment, corporate training, and involvement in business projects.

You will be provided with excellent opportunities where you can shape your career in a dynamic O+O retail industry.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be deployed in one of the key commercial departments and kick off your accelerating career journey in Fortress.

You are a great fit for us if :

• University Degree holder in Business or related disciplines with keen interest in pursuing a career in O+O Retail Industry.
• You are a PROBLEM SOLVER - You make decisions based on evidence based opinions. When you do something new, you seek to understand as much as possible and don't jump in but conduct your due diligence and plan for moving forward.
• You are a COMMUNICATOR - You have an ability to pick up on people's underlying motivations and these insights make you persuasive and inspiring communicators. You are natural mediators who understand diverse perspectives and you value a positive, and inclusive environment.
• You are an INNOVATOR - You are good at designing new solutions and tend to think
  in a non linear way. You will not be constrained by the past, instead viewing challenges as opportunities to change direction and explore what's 'new and different'.
• You are a CHALLENGER - You are not reserved and tend to be energetic, quick speaking and outgoing.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
