Your new role

Our Contracting team is the largest and fasted-growing business in Hong Kong with a record breaking track record. To support the next stage of our expansion we are now seeking ambitious consultants to join our Contracting team in either Sales or Delivery based recruiting roles, in line with the Hays international contraction model.


Your objective is to manage a 180 degree recruitment process with the goal of maximizing individual fees in either a sales or execution / delivery role

Sales:

• Establish a clear sales plan to identify key clients and lead on business developing new relationships with existing accounts and target clients
  
• Win job opportunities that will be executed in collaboration with your colleagues in our contracting delivery team
  
• Grow a portfolio of contracting clients in the long term
  

Delivery:

• Develop a network of contracting specific candidates using a variety of attraction strategies
  
• Interview and qualify potential candidates while working closely with your team to execute recruitment processes for jobs sourced by your sales colleagues
  
• Manage both clients and candidates during the recruitment process
