Our client, a well-known general insurance firm, is looking for a Project Manager for projects related to product implementation and operational enhancement.
Your new role
Oversee product release and operational enhancement projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines. Ensure successful delivery within budget and quality standards.
Collaborate with the business owner to align stakeholder expectations.
Apply agile principles to project management.
Engage with business, IT teams, and external vendors.
Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies effectively.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Conduct testing and validation as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or a related IT discipline.
Hands-on Project Management experience.
Solid stakeholder management skills
Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT project management/business analyst experience, preferably in transformation projects in insurance companies.
Strong in project management lifecycle & methodologies (e.g., PMP, SDLC, Agile, etc.) from initiation to project delivery.
Ability to collect, analyse, and communicate business requirements with different stakeholders.
Good storytelling and communication skills with management.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
