Your new role

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and drive improvements.
  • Oversee the operations budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and procurement, to align operational capabilities with business objectives.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in cold chain logistics or the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and cold chain logistics best practices.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
