We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Distribution Support Manager (MPF Sales Channel).

Principal responsibilities

• Support sales channel in delivering a quality customer services on sales leads and business activities
• Provide support to sales channel initiatives including product and marketing tactics, frontline activities and productivity monitoring
• Operational support on business MI reports, campaign analysis, etc for business review
• Initiate and maintain effective communication and cooperation with team heads and the frontline sales
• Work collaboratively with different parties on frontline digital platform, sales leads arrangement and due diligence of application forms

Requirements

• University graduate in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ banking experience with exposure to banking / MPF industry
• Strong self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of application software
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
• Passes in the MPF Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations as well as HKSI licensing examinations are preferrable
