Responsibilities

Ensuring meeting company standards and customer expectations and upholding the company's values and mission statement.

Maximize sales to achieve store sales target and KPIs, identify areas in need of replenishment and order new products

Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action where necessary

Coach staff and providing direction including assigning tasks, delegating responsibilities, training and setting goals for employees

Ensuring merchandise is properly displayed, keeping inventory levels at an established level and making sure all areas of the store are clean and orderly

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

Minimum 3 years retail experience preferably in apparel / fashion brand

Strong passion for working within the retail apparel/ fashion industry

A good team player, energetic, and service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work on weekends and public holidays

 

Offer

Base Salary + Monthly sales commission

8 - 10 days off per month

11 - 14 days annual leave
