We are looking for a 3rd Fryer - Banquet Kitchen (三鑊 - 宴會廚房) based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a 3rd Fryer - Banquet Kitchen (三鑊 - 宴會廚房), we rely on you to:

• Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in the kitchen, according to the Hotel standards
• Constantly check the quality of food prepared with regard to taste, temperature and presentation
• Supervise juniors in detail on the food production and all specific duties
• 根據酒店標準維持食物製作質素
• 經常檢查食物味道、溫度及擺盤
• 監督下屬的食物製作過程及相關工作

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity, preferably in Chinese and Asian styles
• Basic knowledge of HACCP & ISO22000
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• 最少兩年相關經驗
• 基本食物安全及衞生知識
• 良好的團隊合作精神與溝通技巧
